40 Weeks!



Hoping this is my last pregnancy shot!


Well, I made it.  I am not so sure I am really excited to be writng this blog today considering I am 3 days overdue, but I guess I should be happy that we are still both healthy.  Today I had another ultrasound and doctors appointment.  Cameron scored another perfect score.  Although he definately doesn't have as much room to move around in there.  The ultrasound tech had to press a little hard sometimes to see what she was doing and each time she pressed hard his foot would stick out my left side, it was funny but uncomfotable at the same time.  He is still running a little on the small side, but they guessed he weights about 7 pounds 6 ounces.  But this far along in the pregnancy those measurements aren't as accurate.  Everything with him looked good and my amniotic fluid was still in normal range.  When the doctor checked me however he still said I was only a finger tip and my cervix was still long and thick.  That was not what I was wanting to hear today.  So the plan is for me to be induced Friday at 8am.  They are going to use cervadil to help thin out my cervix and then if needed later pitocin.  So lets keep our fingers crossed my body reacts quickly to the medicine and we have this baby Friday sometime or I still don't have my hopes up for anytime before Friday too.  Please pray everything goes smoothly.
